- Synergy Education International Pvt Ltd (SEIPL) has tied up with M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance to provide the Accidental Insurance of Rs 2,00,000 for one year to the IBO's who registered and paid for the license in full on or after Nov 23, 2009.
- The effective date and coverage period of the Insurance will be as mentioned in the Policy document of M/s Bajaj Allianze/Oriental Insurance sent to the IBO and has no relevance to the date of registration or date of approval of the IBO in the Ourebiz system.
- Role of SEIPL is limited to being a facilitator in providing the one (first) year Accidental Insurance as a Gift.
- In the event of a situation arising leading to a claim against the policy, the IBO shall deal directly with M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance.
- The IBO shall be responsible to provide correct personal information, nominee details, proof of residence and/or any other details needed to the authorized agent of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance for issuance of the policy.
- Verifying the information provided by the IBO and decision to issue the Accidental Insurance Policy is at the sole discretion of M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance. SEIPL responsibility is limited to providing the Name, Contact details of the IBO and one year subscription to the authorized agent of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance.
- Issue of the Accidental Insurance Policy by M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance may take 6 - 8 weeks from the date of approval of the IBO in the Ourebiz system or date of updating the nominee details whichever is later.
- This period may get prolonged if the IBO delays in providing the required information/documents to M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance or its authorized agent for issue of the Policy.
- The policy will be sent directly by M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance to the IBO at the address provided by the IBO and in the name of the IBO. Synergy Education International Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for physical delivery of the policy documents. Once the Policy is issued, IBO can check the policy number from his back office and liaise with the Insurance Company directly for delivery of the same.
- Renewal of the policy after the initial first year period, shall be at the cost of and sole discretion of the IBO. Such renewal shall be done by the IBO directly with M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd/Oriental Insurance.
- This is a limited period offer. Synergy Education International Pvt Ltd (SEIPL) reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time.
- Acceptance of terms and conditions at the time of registration with ourebiz mean and imply your acceptance to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
