I have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, including the License Agreement terms fully and agree to abide by them. I understand that the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and License Agreement is an integral part of this Representative Agreement and these two documents contain all current company "rules and regulations". By sending payment to purchase the rights to use the ‘Our-e-Biz’ system, I  agree to the terms of this Representative Agreement and the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Any violation of these rules and regulations will be cause for termination in which case my ‘Our-e-Biz’ system will be deactivated and there will be no refund given. I understand and acknowledge that in the case of such violation, I will be given written notice and will have 30 days to correct the violation to avoid termination of all rights and privileges of an ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ Independent Business Owner. I also understand that the company reserves the right to terminate without notice, all my rights and priviledges in case of a violation on my part.

I am at least 18 years of age. I agree that I am an independent contractor, responsible for determining my own business activities and am not an agent or employee of the Synergy Education International Pvt Ltd., or ‘Our-e-Biz’.

I am responsible for the payment of all Central and State self-employment/ business/ income tax and any other tax required under any central, state or regulatory taxing authority.

I acknowledge that there is no income guarantee. Any examples of hypothetical income levels are strictly examples and I realize I may earn more or less than these examples. I understand and acknowledge that OureBiz is not a MLM or Network Marketing business. There is no obligation on me to promote this business. If I choose to do so, it would be solely at my discretion and the Company offers no guarantees of results I might experience. I understand that the Company is primarily promoting its educational programs and the S3CP plan is just a means to compensate those who promote the company's products.

I understand that a Passive business such as this is can take longer to build than one in which I am an active participant. No one has made any income claims to me as to what I should expect to earn over the short term. I recognize that some ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ systems will create a positive cash flow much quicker than others. I acknowledge and understand that company has made no guarantees as to sales it will generate from the leads (Call Back Requests) that are received by the company through my ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ system or that I provide to the company.

I understand that it is my responsibility to adhere to any/all central and state government guidelines pertaining to online business opportunities. I understand that I am solely responsible for my actions.

If I choose to do additional advertising to drive prospects to my automated system, I agree to promote ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ as a marketing system designed first to promote company’s educational products and that the income from marketing the system itself is to develop a second potential income stream.

I understand when a prospect submits a first contact request form from one of our system sites, should that prospect ever decide to purchase a system of his/her own, they must do so from the owner of the system they first responded to. I will not promote special incentives such as price discounts or free promopaks or other incentives to entice prospects to purchase from me rather than from another ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ system owner. I will never attempt to "steal" a sale from another ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ site owner. Violation of this policy is cause for immediate termination of all rights and privileges of a ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ owner, without any refund.

I understand that I have no authority to collect funds for a sale from anyone on behalf of the Company. All payments are made directly to the Company and any breach of this rule will lead to termination of my ID.

I agree to follow all rules and regulations as set forth by the Synergy Education International Pvt Ltd. and failure to fully comply will result in an immediate termination, without refund.

I agree to hold indemnified Synergy Education International Pvt Ltd., its director/s, owner, representatives, employees, and affiliates for any claims, damages or liabilities that may arise out of my business activities or practices, including anything related to any other product I market through the ‘Our-e-Biz’ system and towards results I experience with my own ‘Our-e-biz’ system.

I understand that it is my obligation and responsibility to direct my prospects to purchase their ‘Our-e-Biz’ system directly from the Company. This may often be done through a payment processor, but can also be done through direct bank deposit, direct bank transfer or wire transfer of funds. The current wholesale costs of this system are Rs 51990/25990/15990/9990/4990 for the five levels. There is also a non-purchase entry of Rs 2000.

I understand that, legally, people have a 14 day right of rescission, starting the date my registration is received by the company. I also understand that my Welcome kit or any other gift/material (if applicable) will be dispatched to me after I have paid in full for my purchase and after the 14 day right of rescission.

As a purchaser, I understand it is my responsibility to supply the information necessary to create my system and fully evaluate the system prior to the expiration of the 14 day right of rescission period. I understand that after this right of rescission has passed, commissions might have been earned and there are no refunds offered for any reason. If I am using a credit or debit card to purchase my license agreement to use the ‘Our-e-Biz’ system , I understand it would be fraudulent for me to attempt to chargeback these purchase funds through my payment processor or my credit card company and hereby request that the processor and my credit card company not to allow any charge backs related to this purchase transaction. I understand my ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ system will be delivered so that I can evaluate it within the legal 14 day review period and that once that timeframe is past, I have accepted it as it has been delivered and cannot claim not to have received what I paid for. I understand that by doing so, I am committing credit card fraud.

I understand that in order to continue receiving visitors for my ‘OUR-E-BIZ’ site I can subscribe to a monthly service at a subscription cost of Rs 3000 a month if such an offer is in the running by the company. If I cancel that subscription, I know I will receive no further visitors to my system. Without an ongoing stream of visitors and a method of contacting them by the company, I can have no expectation of any income being generated.

In promoting my business, I agree to strictly adhere to all applicable laws, including but not limited to The Can Spam Act of 2003. I will never send unsolicited email (spam) to promote ‘OUR-E-BIZ’. I agree to hold indemnified Synergy Education International Pvt Ltd., its owners, employees, and other affiliates, from the consequences of my actions.

I understand that there is no requirement to purchase goods or services of any kind in order to participate in the ‘Our-e-Biz’ opportunity as an Associate only. If I choose to become an Associate only, I will send a registration fee of Rs 2000 to the company. I will receive a website but will receive no call-back or sales/marketing support from the company. I can purchase leads from a reputable vender and invite them to my site. If I wish, I can contact the company for a list of potential lead sources. As an Associate only, three license sales will qualify me.Until I am qualified, no commissions are payable to me.

I understand that no Advocate General or other regulatory authority ever registers or reviews, endorses or approves any product, compensation program or company, and I will make no such claim to others. I acknowledge that Synergy Education International Pvt Ltd. has the unilateral right to change the terms of this agreement at any time and understand that it is my affirmative duty to keep myself informed of changes and recognize that I am bound by any revisions made to either the Representative Agreement and/or the License Agreement.

I understand that if I do not send a signed copy of this Agreement and/or the License agreement including the Terms and Conditions to the Company, my agreeing to the same electronically by putting a check mark on the 'I Agree' option at the time of registering shall be deemed as equivalent to my having signed a paper copy in agreement to this Representative Agreement and the License Agreement including the Terms and Conditions.
